Manage invoices & subscription

Purchases and billing for your HumanShield license are handled by our payment provider Paddle (Merchant of Record). You therefore manage invoices, payment method and your subscription directly in the Paddle customer portal.

In the customer portal you can:

  • View past payments and download invoices/receipts
  • Update your payment method
  • View and cancel your subscription

Easiest: via your Paddle email

Every purchase confirmation and invoice from Paddle already contains a direct “Manage” link to your subscription. Just open your latest Paddle email and follow the link – no password needed.

Or directly via the customer portal

Open the Paddle customer portal and enter the email address you used at checkout. Paddle will send you a secure sign-in link by email.
